Shipping and Warranty Policy
Shipping
We ship our products Australia wide. Exporting to other countries is also available (New Zealand, Fiji, Papua New Guinea etc). We select the most suitable carrier for your order and your area. Carriers commonly used are Direct Freight, Australia Post and others upon your request. All orders are provided with a tracking number which is provided on your dispatch confirmation invoice. We have a daily freight pickup, so your goods can be dispatched on the day of order subject to:
- size of order
- time of order (generally before 3pm)
- stock availability
Freight costs are kept to a minimum but are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Where possible, we combine your goods to reduce freight costs.
Freight costs are clearly labelled on your invoice.
Free pickup is available for most items from our warehouse. We ask that you call prior to ensure availability and opening times.

Warranty/Returns

We will provide a 100% replacement part or credit for the following issues:
- Item is damaged and unusable on arrival
- Manufacturing fault
- Quality or fitment issue
All warranties are limited and do not apply if:
- Parts are not installed correctly
- Parts have been altered or damaged in any way
- Parts are not correctly maintained
- Parts are not operated within the manufacturers specifications
Warranty covers the replacement of the part only and does not include any additional labour or fitting costs.
We will require photos of your warranty product when submitting a warranty claim. This must include the date and part number laser etched on the item. In most cases we will not require the part to be returned unless requested.
Lodgement of your warranty claim paperwork with all details expediate this process.
We will replace your product including the shipping costs if the item is found to be faulty within 14 days of arrival. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs if longer than 14 days.
We take every measure to ensure your goods arrive in good condition. Please check your parts upon delivery and contact us immediately if your goods have been damaged in transit. Photo proof is required so we can claim against the carrier.
